ENDOLIFT® is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure used in endo-tissutal (interstitial) aesthetic medicine. The laser treatment is carried out with the latest Eufoton® LASEmaR® 1500 (certified and approved by the American FDA for laser-assisted liposuction).
ENDOLIFT® has multiple purposes: remodelling the deep and superficial layers of the skin, toning, retraction of the connective septa, stimulation of collagen production and, when necessary, reduction of excess fat.
The main activity of ENDOLIFT® is to promote skin tightening, i.e. retraction and the reduction of sagging skin thanks to the activation of neo-collagenesis and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix.
The skin tightening created by ENDOLIFT® is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser beam used, i.e. the specific interaction of the laser light which selectively hits two of the main targets in the human body: water and fat.
The Endolift® treatment is exclusively medical and is always performed in day surgery.
Specific single-use optical microfibres, slightly thinner than a hair (FTF Eufoton), are easily inserted under the skin in the superficial hypodermis.
The procedure requires no incisions or anaesthesia. The patient may feel only slight discomfort due to the fact that the laser energy creates micro-tunnels orientated along the anti-gravitational vectors, which guarantee an immediate and visible lifting effect. At the end of the treatment, the single-use microfibres are removed and thrown away.
Endolift® does not cause any pain associated with incisions and sutures. No recovery time is required. Patients can return to work and normal activities within a few hours.
The results are not only immediate and long-term, but continue to improve for several months after the procedure, as additional collagen develops in the deep layers of the skin.
As with all aesthetic medicine procedures, the response and duration of the effect depends on each patient and, if the doctor deems it necessary, Endolift® can be repeated without side effects.
Endolift® can be performed in synergy (simultaneously or deferred) with other current aesthetic medicine and surgery procedures, such as:
– Non-ablative fractional resurfacing with the LIGHTSCAN™ fractional scanner which can be used with the same Endolift® laser;
– HIFU microfocused ultrasound;
– LED photobiomodulation;
– Adhesive masks.
